You know how some amazing, heart-centered people have a longing to carry less weight but feel hopeless because everything they’ve tried has failed?  While strongly supporting body positivity and believing in “healthy at any weight”, if you also desire to carry few pounds, I’d love to share some wisdom from my guides about approaching this in a way that is graceful and kind.  People often don’t understand that sometimes aspects of ourselves have a misguided idea they are helping us, or even working to save our life, with behaviors that cause us to gain weight rather than release it.
