You know how some amazing, heart-centered people have a longing to carry less weight but feel hopeless because everything they’ve tried has failed? While strongly supporting body positivity and believing in “healthy at any weight”, if you also desire to carry few pounds, I’d love to share some wisdom from my guides about approaching this in a way that is graceful and kind. People often don’t understand that sometimes aspects of ourselves have a misguided idea they are helping us, or even working to save our life, with behaviors that cause us to gain weight rather than release it.

I also offer a free Facebook support group for women: https://www.facebook.com/groups/244257910337611 This is open to those who identifies as a woman and those who are non-binary but mostly perceived as a woman by others. Just make sure you respond to the questions to join the group. I also support men in the shamanic weight loss program, but due to the complexity of societal issues around weight loss and their different impact on women, I’m choosing a very specific container for the Facebook group.
