My hope is that this podcast shows you a path forward to trust in your future self as well as the current version of who you are. Ideally this will unlock a higher level of feeling safe in the world with other people and right with yourself.
When someone says, “I don’t trust other people,” it usually also indicates that their self-trust is compromised. Self-trust may be reduced because we aren’t listening to all the parts of ourselves. Ideally, we find a path to balance the many needs and desires we have as human beings. I have high self-trust and one of the things I trust is my discernment to accurately see who someone else is. Then, I trust them to be them, and I trust myself to make good choices based on that awareness.
