If you’re sensitive to energy, this 2020/2021 chapter of human experience has been impactful at an additional level beyond all the obvious ones.  The loudness of the human collective consciousness can overstimulate you and make it harder to connect into the larger peace and beauty of the universe.  It can feel like trying to meditate with your neighbors playing your least favorite music loud enough to vibrate the walls of your house.  But don’t worry, there are ways to turn down the volume of the outside world.
